We rub the melted cheese on a grater and after 5 minutes we send it to the pan.
Carrots are cleaned and grated. After 2 minutes, we send the carrots to the pan.
Potatoes are washed, cleaned, cut into small cubes. We also send it to the pot to cook.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a preheated frying pan until golden brown.
2 minutes before the potatoes are ready, salt the soup, pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
When the soup is ready, turn off the stove and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with bacon.
