Instructions
Mix the bulk products in a bowl – flour, semolina, baking powder, salt and mix.
Melt the butter.
Add the curdled milk and egg to the butter and mix gently.
Combine the bulk with the egg-oil mixture, mix until smooth. Our dough is ready.
Since I don’t have a waffle iron, I used a silicone baking dish. Pour the dough into the molds.
Bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
For tomato salsa, chop tomatoes and herbs, add salt and pepper to taste and pour lime juice. Serve waffles with tomato salsa.
