Cheese Waffles with Tomato Salsa Recipe
Delicious and flavorful homemade waffles will give you a boost of energy for the whole day. A rich and easy-to-prepare breakfast for the whole family.
Dough baking powder
Combine the bulk products in a bowl-flour, semolina, baking powder, salt, and mix.
Melt the butter.
Add the curdled milk and egg to the butter and mix gently.
Combine the bulk mass with the egg-oil mixture, mix until smooth. Our dough is ready.
Since I don’t have a waffle iron, I used a silicone baking dish. Pour the dough into the molds.
Bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
For the tomato salsa, cut the tomatoes and herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste, and pour over the lime juice. Serve the waffles with tomato salsa.
