  1. This salad is layered, for serving it is better to use a split form or a portion (cooking ring). Take a serving plate, put the burner on. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes, put the first layer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Brush with mayonnaise.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and lay out the second layer. Brush a little mayonnaise.
  3. Cut the kiwi into cubes and put the potatoes on top.
  4. Cut the onion into small cubes. This will be the fourth layer. Brush with mayonnaise. If you are afraid that the onion will be bitter, you can pour boiling water on it for 10 minutes.
  5. Cut the cucumbers into slices and put them on top of the onion. This will be the fifth layer.
  6. Cut the cucumbers into slices and put them on top of the onion. This will be the fifth layer.
  7. Garnish with kiwi slices (optional).
