Salad with Kiwi Recipe
This recipe was given to my cousin, so named in her honor. The salad is very tasty and unusual. The combination of chicken with green peas, mushrooms and kiwi won me at once.

  1. Mushrooms and onions cut and fry in vegetable oil.

  2. Chicken fillet boil (my shins), cut into cubes, boil the eggs, we will RUB them on a medium grater. The photo shows the products that we will need. The salad is layers.

  3. 1-layer: green peas, grease with mayonnaise ( the amount of mayonnaise at your discretion) .

  4. 2-layer: half chicken, grease with mayonnaise.

  8. Kiwi peel and cut into slices, put on top of a layer of nuts. To put it in the fridge to soak.
