Ingredients

Instructions
Cut the pears into slices. You can pre-clean them, if you do not like with the skin.
Cut the chicken fillet at random, sprinkle with 0.5 tbsp soy sauce, add a little salt and fry in vegetable oil until ready.
Put the chicken fillet in a bowl, put the pears in the pan and fry, stirring, for about 3 minutes.
For dressing, heat the vinegar in a saucepan, add the sugar and remaining soy sauce (1.5 tbsp), and warm until the sugar dissolves, stirring.
Put the salad mix, chicken with pears on the dish and pour the dressing over it.
