Prepared another version of the salad with pear, and decided to share with you. I think it turned out well, crunching iceberg salad, it echoes the crispy bacon, everything goes well with sweet pears, pieces of boiled chicken and beets, nuts take their rightful place. All connects the original dressing based on olive oil.
In the beginning, prepare the dressing, in a small container, mix olive oil, mustard, honey, dry red wine (you can replace the juice of red grapes), balsamic, a couple of pinches of salt. Jar shake well a few times and try to taste.
On a dish we will lay out large torn iceberg lettuce and arugula leaves, dried tomatoes, sprinkle with a small amount of dressing.
Cut the beets into small cubes, and chicken - arbitrarily.
Cheese and pear cut into small thin plates.
On top of the previously laid out distribute the cubes of beets and chicken.
Then a plate of pear and cheese, pour the dressing, leaving little to the finish.
Bacon cut into pieces 2 - 3 cm long, fry in a dry pan over medium heat until blush, remove from the pan.
In the same pan after bacon (fat is not removed) fry pine nuts. Dry on a paper towel. Sinful, some nuts overcooked.
Top salad sprinkle with nuts and bacon, pour dressing. I advise you not to use all the gas station, and submit the remains separately, so that everyone can add to your taste.
