Instructions
Add salt and pepper to the chicken drumsticks. Fry in a hot frying pan on all sides, until golden brown.
Cut the mushrooms. Fry them in the same oil in which the chicken was fried.
Add mustard and broth to the mushrooms, put on the stove and bring to a boil.
Add the cream to the sauce and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Pour the sauce into a baking dish, put the chicken on top. Put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
