  1. Chicken breast cut into small cubes, garlic and onion finely chopped.
  2. Blanch the tomato and peel it.
  3. Finely chop the tomato and basil.
  4. Add egg, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and pepper.
  5. Spread with a spoon in a frying pan and fry on 2 sides in vegetable oil. If desired, you can sprinkle grated cheese on top.
