  1. Prepare all the ingredients. I had minced chicken breast.
  2. Wash the zucchini, remove the seeds, and remove the skin. If the zucchini is young, this step can be avoided. Grate on cucumbers.
  3. In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, grated zucchini, eggs, add a little flour, season with salt and your favorite spices.
  4. Stir well.
  5. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, spread the prepared minced meat with a spoon, press lightly with a spoon, fry over medium heat for just a couple of minutes on each side until Golden.
  6. Pancakes are good both hot and cold. You can serve it with a side dish, or without it, but it’s sooo delicious with sauce. Perfect combination: yogurt, grate garlic, chop herbs ( parsley, dill, coriander, any to taste)
