I tried this salad in one of the cafes when my son and I went on vacation from the service for a day. I liked the salad so much that I persuaded the cook to share the recipe.
Boil the beans and cabbage for 6 minutes in boiling water and let cool completely. Cut the tomato into four pieces, cut the cucumber into strips. Asparagus (soy) cut diagonally.
Dressing. To do this, mix vegetable oil, vinegar (you can apple or wine), pepper.
Vegetables, except asparagus, mix and season with dressing. Garnish with asparagus and herbs.
