Instructions
Cook chicken broth in 1.5 liters of water. It turns out a clear broth.
In a separate pan, cook the beans until tender and drain.
Peel the carrots and celery.
And cut into cubes.
Separate the meat from the bones and disassemble into fibers.
Put everything in the broth-meat, beans and vegetables, add salt and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Then add the herbs to taste.
The soup is ready! Serve this soup with crackers or crackers.
