Instructions
  1. Wash the legs (I have 2 pieces), cut into pieces and thighs. Roll the chicken in a mixture of seasonings, it may be your favorite. I used – dried ground garlic, black pepper, red sweet pepper, basil, rosemary, oregano, turmeric.
  2. In the bowl of a slow cooker, heat the oil and put the chicken
  3. In the “CHICKEN” mode, fry for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown with the lid closed.
  4. Then fill the chicken with water (so that the water completely covers the chicken) and cook for a couple with the lid closed for 10 minutes in the “BAKING” mode.
  5. Wash the buckwheat and add 2 cups of 160 ml to the chicken.
  6. I added 1 spoonful of my favorite seasoning, which my parents prepare for the winter. This is grated carrot with pepper and parsley. It can be replaced with fresh products.
  7. Cook in the “PIE” mode until the cereal is ready. Buckwheat should not boil too much, as it should languish.
  8. The chicken turns out juicy and tender, and the buckwheat porridge is crumbly. Quite a self-sufficient dish.
  9. Bon appetit.
