  1. To make the sauce, mix soy sauce, honey and water.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into strips and pour the sauce over it. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Wash the mushrooms. Cut into medium cubes.
  4. Chop the tangerines and onions.
  5. Fry the meat in vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown.
  6. Add the mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the tangerine and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer all together for 5 minutes, then increase the heat and evaporate the liquid.
