Instructions
Chop the cabbage. I used a food processor.
I got rid of the cucumber just as quickly.
Coarsely chop the eggs.
Chop the onion, add salt and pour lemon juice. Let the onion infuse for 20 minutes and drain the liquid.
Drain the oil from the mussels. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
