  1. Boiled chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Also cut into eggs and three pickled cucumber medium size. Chinese cabbage chopped randomly, not very large. ( in salad goes the entire leaf ).

  2. Mix for dressing natural yogurt, lemon juice, granular mustard (can be replaced by a normal, 1/2 tsp) and any hot sauce. And you can season the salad with ordinary sour cream or mayonnaise.
