In a small container, pour cocoa, powdered sugar and pour milk. Mix well and put in the microwave for 15-20 seconds so that the powdered sugar melts.
Add the chocolate. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Add a still warm mixture of chocolate and cocoa to the butter at room temperature.
Mix, preferably with an immersion blender, until smooth.
Pour the oil into a container and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
Before using, remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance and let it warm up a little.
