I’ll do it a little differently and serve it with a Cup of coffee as a dessert that you can eat with a spoon. Put the mass in silicone molds. I’ll put a lot of apricot jam on it. You don’t have to do this, but it’s apricot season and I made some of my own jam and just wanted to use it. I put in each mold in the middle of the chocolate mass for 1 h l I got 4 pieces of shapes with dessert. I want to quickly cool the dessert and put it in the freezer for about an hour before serving. Placed the molds in a suitable dish, sprinkled with coconut shavings. This is so that when I remove the dessert from the molds, I will turn it on the side with coconut shavings. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. After 40 minutes, I checked whether the mass departs from the walls of the mold easily. It took me an hour. The dessert will not freeze at all. It will just get denser. To serve, I put the dessert in a bowl and sprinkled it liberally with coconut shavings. I made coffee for it.
