  1. Porridge can be cooked or take yesterday’s. The porridge should not be liquid. I will give the recipe for my porridge, which I used, below. Porridge cooked in milk with butter and egg. It does not matter what kind of porridge, cook in your own way. I put the porridge in the bowl of a blender and poured condensed milk. Smashed to a smooth mass. Added cocoa and coconut shavings. I put it all together again. Remove the butter from the refrigerator so that it is soft. Small pieces spread in the mass and again carefully combine everything in a blender. I got a creamy mass. This mass can be put in a jar and put in the refrigerator to harden a little and then used as a spread on sandwiches: on a bun, on toast… Very tasty!
  2. I’ll do it a little differently and serve it with a Cup of coffee as a dessert that you can eat with a spoon. Put the mass in silicone molds. I’ll put a lot of apricot jam on it. You don’t have to do this, but it’s apricot season and I made some of my own jam and just wanted to use it. I put in each mold in the middle of the chocolate mass for 1 h l I got 4 pieces of shapes with dessert. I want to quickly cool the dessert and put it in the freezer for about an hour before serving. Placed the molds in a suitable dish, sprinkled with coconut shavings. This is so that when I remove the dessert from the molds, I will turn it on the side with coconut shavings. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. After 40 minutes, I checked whether the mass departs from the walls of the mold easily. It took me an hour. The dessert will not freeze at all. It will just get denser. To serve, I put the dessert in a bowl and sprinkled it liberally with coconut shavings. I made coffee for it.
