  1. Soak buckwheat groats in water for a day. And then rinse it off.
  2. Put the grits in a blender. Add honey, banana, flax seed (it is better to grind it into flour. I used Chia and didn’t grind it – I like how they burst when they swell). Everyone was beaten up. Gradually add milk, controlling the density so that the mousse does not become liquid.
  3. Divide the mixture into 2 parts, add cocoa to one and mix.
  4. Place in a bowl or glass in layers: berries – light layer – dark layer. And so repeat again.
  5. Before serving, you can cool down a little.
