All you need to prepare parfait (strawberries while in the refrigerator).
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a mixer. To them add honey. Beat the yolks too.
To combine the yolks with whites, honey and whip. Whipped cream.
In the egg and honey mass shift whipped cream and half of the grated strawberries and beat until smooth.
Lay foil baking dish and pour it into the whipped mass. To cover the top edges of the foil and put in freezer for 3 to 4 hours to complete freezing (I froze the parfait in four hours). Time to prepare the parfait took 30 minutes. Whipping only 20 minutes, cutting and decoration-10.
Parfait cut into pieces, put in a cream bowl, vases, pour on top of grated strawberries.
