I present to Your attention a chocolate-nut cake without baking for the new year's table. This is a mega chocolate dessert framed with almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, prunes, dried apricots and oranges. Very flavorful, tasty and useful.
Prepare the base for the cake. Place the almonds and walnuts in the bowl of a food processor with the "chopping Knife" attachment.
Chop for 15-20 seconds, add prunes and dried apricots.
Grind for another 15-20 seconds until smooth. Add the orange zest and mix.
Form for a cake (I have a diameter of 16.5 cm), cover with baking paper, put the nut mass with dried fruits, distribute along the bottom, make the sides. Remove to the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
For the filling, place the cashews and peanuts in the bowl of the combine.
Chop for 15-20 seconds, add coarsely chopped bananas.
Grind until smooth for another 15-20 seconds.
Heat the orange juice with agar-agar, bring to a boil, cook for 3 minutes (or according to the instructions). Melt the chocolate in a water bath (or in the microwave), add the juice with agar-agar and nut-banana mass. Stir well.
Put the filling in the form. Sprinkle with almond petals. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
