  1. Beat eggs with sugar for literally 15 seconds. Then add cocoa, flour and powdered milk with baking powder. Beat the dough for 10 seconds.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 gr. Cover the baking sheet with a silicone mat and lay out the dough, leveling it with a spoon. Bake the sponge cake for 5-7 minutes. In the meantime, wash and dry the plums, remove the bones. Cut the plum into thin slices.
  3. For the cream: whisk the cottage cheese with condensed milk. Remove the finished pie from the oven and place it on a damp, cold towel with a baking sheet. Cream liberally lubricate our future roll and spread on plates for solidification. Quickly roll up the roll.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice to the powdered sugar. Mix well and pour our roll on top with lemon impregnation. I have 4 tablespoons of lemon juice left for 100 grams of powdered sugar. On top of the roll, you can decorate with slices of plums. Allow the roll to cool completely.
