Cottage Cheese Cookies “Vanilla Apple” Recipe
Here is another great recipe for delicious pastries settled in my piggy bank! Cookies are prepared easily and simply from available products. A minimum of butter, no eggs and… a great treat is ready!

  1. To make more delicious cookies, take a fatter cottage cheese or homemade, made from whole, not skimmed milk. And so, put the cottage cheese, a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and applesauce in a deep bowl. I had my own mashed potatoes. This year there were a lot of apples, and I got “my own”… delicious mashed potatoes!
  2. Rub everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained with a spoon, or even better with your hands. Add baking powder, flour and knead a soft elastic dough. It shouldn’t stick to your hands, well, just a little bit.
  3. Roll 36 balls out of the dough, put them on a greased baking sheet. Mash with a fork and lightly sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cookies should not be browned too much. The baking time depends on the capabilities of your oven. My liver was baked for 17 minutes.
  5. The cookies turned out delicious and very fragrant… I love cottage cheese pastries!
