In a bowl, add cottage cheese (160 gr.), salt (1/2 teaspoon), sugar (3 tablespoons), egg (1 PC.)
Punch the curd mixture with a blender leg into a smooth, fine homogeneous mass.
Melt butter.
Add to the curd mass, melted butter (2 tablespoons). One tablespoon of leave for lubrication of the layer of rolled dough.
Next, add the total amount of sifted and mixed with vanilla (1/3 teaspoon) flour (180 gr.), add baking powder (1 teaspoon). Knead a smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Next, roll out the dough into a thin layer about 3 mm thick, lightly lubricate!! melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and fried / crushed hazelnuts, roll into a roll. Pinch the seam.
Next, cut the roll lengthwise into two parts, not reaching the edge of about 2-3 cm.
Then arrange in the form of a flagellum.
Grease the basket with beaten egg and send it to the oven preheated to t200*C.
