I came to share with you one of our favorite express recipes with crab sticks. We have seen this in some culinary program for a long time, and since then this snack has often been on our table.

  1. First of all, defrost the crab sticks and remove the wrapper.
  2. If you are the lucky owner of a frying pan, it is better to do the next step on it. But I don’t have it, so I warmed up an ordinary frying pan, greased it with a little oil and laid out the prepared crab sticks. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the sauce. To do this, combine olive oil, vinegar (instead of wine, take apple cider), mustard and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency. Cut the cabbage not very finely, cucumber – thin slices. Season with pepper, a little salt and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Put the vegetable mixture on a serving plate, pour a small amount of sauce over it. Cut the fried crab sticks as you like, but not finely, and put them next to the salad sauce.
  5. That’s basically it. A light and unusual snack is ready. You can invite guests and try it.
