Very fresh and spicy salad. The spicy dressing compensates for the sweetness of pears and the oiliness of coconut, pomegranate seeds and pips give crispness.
Peel the garlic clove and finely chop. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, stack them, cut them first lengthwise into 3-4 pieces, then crosswise to make small squares.
Cut the pear into small thin slices. Peel the coconut from the shell and cut it with a vegetable peeler. Fry pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the salad, add pomegranate seeds, seeds, pour the dressing. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon before serving.
