  1. Cucumbers cut into thin long strips.
  2. Add sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper, paprika and mix. Cut the pepper into strips.
  3. In a dry frying pan, fry the sesame seeds and mustard (1 min).
  4. Add vegetable oil to the seeds and add pepper. Fry together for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Mix cucumbers and pepper, add a clove of garlic, finely chopped parsley. If there is not enough salt, you can add salt.
