Seasoning (Provence herbs)
(for frying the leaves with garlic and herbs)

Instructions
Cucumbers cut into thin long strips.
Add sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper, paprika and mix. Cut the pepper into strips.
In a dry frying pan, fry the sesame seeds and mustard (1 min).
Add vegetable oil to the seeds and add pepper. Fry together for another 1-2 minutes.
Mix cucumbers and pepper, add a clove of garlic, finely chopped parsley. If there is not enough salt, you can add salt.
Can be served immediately, can be cooled for 20 minutes in the refrigerator for infusion.
