Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Half pineapple peel and cut into slices.
  2. 1/2 sliced pineapple chopped with a blender until the consistency of mashed potatoes.
  3. 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of sugar and pieces of pineapple heat in a frying pan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of rum and flambé ( burn to evaporate alcohol).
  5. When the flame goes out, add the cut halves of bananas.
  6. Cook until Golden brown.
  7. In a deep dish, pour a puree of pineapple and a slide to put pineapples and bananas. Decorate with cherries and mint leaves.
  8. Ready.
