  1. Wash and clean the Pollock well. Cut into pieces and cook with the addition of Bay leaf and allspice. Cook from the moment of boiling for 10-15 minutes on a low heat. I did not weigh the Pollock carcass, the size is average. Cool and disassemble into pieces, choosing small bones.
  2. Peel the vegetables. Chop the onion and garlic and grate the carrots.
  3. Dissolve the butter and fry the vegetables until soft. Don’t fry it.
  4. Put the fried vegetables and pieces of boiled Pollock in a blender.
  5. Chop the Pollock and fried vegetables until pureed.
  6. Put the pate in a bowl and add the chopped olives and dill for piquancy. For juiciness, add pieces of soft butter. Taste it, add salt and pepper if necessary.
  7. Put the pate in a bowl and allow to cool and infuse in the refrigerator for several hours.
  8. Delicious fish pate is ready.
