Cut the boiled chilled fish (sturgeon, stellate sturgeon, beluga, pike perch, salmon) into small pieces; peeled potatoes, fresh cucumber, gherkins and tomatoes cut into slices, put everything in a bowl, add the chopped green salad. Before serving, lightly salt the food and mix with mayonnaise and vinegar sauce. Then put in a slide in a salad bowl, placing beautiful green lettuce leaves in the center of the slide, and around, along an oval, lay circles of tomatoes and cucumbers. You can decorate the salad with caviar – pressed, granular or chum salmon, slices of salmon, salmon, chum salmon, sturgeon and pitted olives. Onions or green onions (50 g) can be added to the salad.
For 200 g of fish fillets – 1 tomato, 1 fresh cucumber, 3 pcs. boiled potatoes, 75 g green salad, 75 g gherkins (or 1 pickled cucumber), 1/2 cup mayonnaise sauce, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar.
