  1. Clean the hot smoked hump from the skin and bones, break the flesh into small pieces and put it in a bowl.
  2. Add finely chopped herbs.
  3. Add ground black pepper to taste, a teaspoon of Russian mustard and cream cheese.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly, kneading with a fork. You should get a mass similar to pate.
  5. Chop the nuts and mix with the smoked paprika.
  6. From a small amount of pate, make a flatbread, put an olive in the middle, roll a ball.
  7. Roll the balls in the nut breadcrumbs.
  8. Put them on a dish and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or longer.
  9. Before serving, you can stick skewers or forks into the balls.
