Instructions
  1. Prepare the ingredients. The fish is cleaned of the insides, the gills are removed, washed and dried inside and out with a paper towel. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  2. Grate the ginger on a fine grater (a pinch of ginger should come out). Chop the garlic in a garlic press. Chop the green onions. Prepare the dressing: add olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, rosemary, lemon juice to the soy sauce (I squeeze from a lemon). Cut the lemon into half rings.
  3. Put the fish on foil. Sprinkle the stuffed fish with green onions, spread 1/2 lemon and half the dressing.
  4. On both sides of the outside, brush the fish with the remaining sauce and spread with the remaining lemon. Cover tightly with foil and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes (the baking time may depend on the size of the fish).
  5. The fish is ready, bon appetit! P. S. The sauce remains in the foil after baking, which is appropriate when serving rice as a side dish to fish.
