Fresh “Gazpacho” Recipe
I made this fresh gazpacho based on the famous Spanish vegetable gazpacho soup. Very tasty, fresh and so relevant in the summer heat.

  1. For cooking, cut the products into pieces.
  2. Pass the cucumber, tomatoes, sweet pepper and garlic through a juicer.
  3. A little foam formed.
  4. Pour the juice into a suitable container, leaving foam on the walls of the glass. Add oregano, salt and pepper to taste, mix.
  5. Pour fresh gazpacho into glasses, add a little vegetable oil, sprinkle with dried Italian herbs and serve.
