Soak the skewers in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
Peel the shrimp.
Cut the bell pepper into large pieces.
On one skewer, string two shrimp in combination with pepper. The other is cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pepper.
Put the shrimp on a skewer, season with salt, pepper and fry in a frying pan. Pour gazpacho into a martini glass, put skewers on top, insert straws and garnish with a basil leaf.
