I want to offer a recipe for a simple, but very tasty salad without mayonnaise. It is prepared very easily and quickly. It turns out delicious and healthy.
Cut the bell pepper into small cubes. I’ll do the same with tomatoes and cucumbers. Finely chop the greens. 1 onion cut finely.
We collect the salad. In a bowl, pour cucumbers, bell peppers, canned corn, onion, tomatoes, herbs, lemon juice, vegetable oil and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
The salad turns out bright, juicy, crispy, delicious and healthy.
