  1. We take young zucchini, we do not remove the skin. Mine, cut into thick strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp of flour and paprika.
  3. Pour on the zucchini, mix well.
  4. On high heat, fry the zucchini until golden brown. If you take more than 1 zucchini, it is better to fry in two sets, so that all the zucchini have a golden crust.
  5. We put the finished zucchini in a dish.
  6. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar ( you can replace it with apple, wine or lemon juice).
  7. Let’s pass the garlic through the press, add salt, hops-suneli or other your favorite spices, chopped coriander or other herbs. Mix well.
  8. Add the spices to the fried zucchini and mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
