Cut the chicken breast into cubes of 1.5-2 cm and fry in preheated oil. In the photo I have chicken thighs. In my opinion, the breast tastes better. The breast will become soft and soaked with onion and zucchini juice. It is advisable to fry in a large open frying pan over medium-high heat. While the meat is being fried, you can put boiled rice. In the frying process, add black pepper, paprika, your favorite seasonings. When the water from the meat comes off, and the meat is almost ready, add a little salt (remember that we added our zucchini), mix and add the onion. When the onion becomes a little softer, squeeze the juice from the zucchini and add it to the pan. Add the heat, fry everything together in an open frying pan for 10-15 minutes, stirring regularly, add a couple of spoonfuls of soy sauce. When the zucchini became slightly soft, finely chopped garlic and cilantro were added. I mixed everything, turned off the fire and covered it with a lid. Let it brew for three minutes. Ready! It can be served with boiled rice or bread!
