The zucchini was cut lengthwise and cored with the seeds. Then cut the layers with a width of 6-7 mm, added some salt, stirred by hand and left.
The chicken breast was cut into 1.5-2 cm cubes and put in hot oil. My photo shows chicken thighs. In my opinion, the breast tastes better. The breast is soft and soaked in the juice of onions and zucchini. It is advisable to fry in a large open pan over medium-high heat. While the meat is frying, you can put the rice to cook. In the course of frying, add black pepper, paprika, and your favorite seasonings. When the water is gone from the meat, and the meat is almost ready, a little salt (remember that we prisolili our zucchini), mix and add the onion. When the onion has become slightly softer, squeeze the zucchini from the juice and add to the pan. Add the fire, fry everything together in an open pan for 10-15 minutes, stirring regularly, add a couple of spoons of soy sauce. When the zucchini became slightly soft, finely chopped garlic and coriander were added. Stirred everything, turned off the fire and covered with a lid. Gave to stand for about three minutes. Done!
