I suggest preparing young zucchini in a simple and fast way that allows you to get a delicious dish with minimal effort on your part. It's so simple that I was surprised not to find such a recipe on the site.
We will need zucchini (preferably young), garlic, oil for frying, salt and vinegar. Vinegar-optional.
Cut the zucchini into medium cubes.
I have a young garlic, I cut it together with the shoots. If you do not have this, you can take any garlic: including garlic powder.
In the preheated oil, start to fry the zucchini, five minutes later add fresh garlic (dry powder-two minutes before the end of cooking), mix, add a little salt and continue to fry on medium heat. Add salt carefully, as young zucchini is easy to over-salt.
Young zucchini have a very delicate taste, so I do not like to overload them with spices. But, if desired, they can be lightly sprinkled with vinegar to give a little spice. Fry young zucchini very quickly, everything will take a maximum of 15 minutes.
Ready-made zucchini sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
