Balsamic
Instructions
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Lightly fry the nuts in a frying pan.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater or finely chop it. Mix the salad and cucumber. In a cup, mix the oil, balsamic, salt, pepper and honey. Pour the dressing over the salad, then sprinkle with nuts and cheese.
A quick and easy dinner is ready!
