Rinse and dry the salad. Tear into pieces, cut the tomatoes in half, throw the beans on a sieve, chop the garlic.
Mix vegetable oil with soy sauce, balsamic cream and garlic.
Put a layer of salad leaves on a dish, sprinkle with dressing. Place the beans with tomatoes and tuna slices on top, pour the dressing, sprinkle with capers and lightly fried sesame seeds.
The salad is fresh and, given the presence of beans, nutritious.
And it’s not boring at all, thanks to a mixture of a variety of products and a spicy dressing.
