Wash and dry the salad. Tear into pieces, cut the tomatoes in half, throw the beans on a sieve, chop the garlic.
Mix vegetable oil with soy sauce, balsamic cream and garlic.
Put a layer of lettuce leaves on the dish, sprinkle with the dressing. Place the beans with tomatoes and tuna slices on top, pour over the dressing, sprinkle with capers and lightly fried sesame seeds.
The salad is fresh and, given the presence of beans, nutritious.
And it is not boring at all, thanks to a mixture of a variety of products and a spicy dressing.
