  1. Take ripe avocados and cut them in half. Remove the bone.
  2. Prepare the grill pan. Take a piece of butter and grease the surface of the pan.
  3. Lay out the avocado and fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Then transfer the avocado halves to a fireproof mold. Chop the dill and sprinkle the halves.
  5. Put the fish on top of the dill and carefully lay out the quail egg. Salt. Pepper it. You can lightly sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in a preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes. Until the eggs are cooked.
