I washed the salmon pieces, dried them, and put them in a bowl where I would pickle them. I poured soy sauce, squeezed lemon juice and pepper. If you will do and children, then pepper is not necessary. This can be done later. Marinated the pieces for 30 minutes, periodically turning them over.
Turned on the grill in the electric oven. You can do it in a regular oven. Heat the oven to t-200C. Put the fish pieces on the grill from the oven. Put one thin slice of orange on each piece.
