Grilled Bacon Rolls with Turkey Recipe
Excellent quick snack for a picnic, no preliminary problems and pickling, everything is cut on the spot and fried. Very tasty with a crispy crust, tender meat in tomato, juicy eggplant inside and melted cheese.

Instructions
For the recipe, you will need 2 Turkey steaks. Cut the steaks thinner, beat them with a hammer, forming strips.
Cut the eggplant into thin slices.
On 2 strips of bacon (next to it, so that it is wider), spread 2 strips of eggplant along the entire length of the bacon. Top with a strip of ketchup.
Then spinach leaves, strips of Turkey, strip of tomato ketchup and slices of cheese on half of length.
Wrap tightly in a roll and string on a skewer.
Similarly, we form and string 2 more rolls on the skewer.
Fry on the grill until the bacon crunches and the meat is ready, 8-10 minutes, turning.
Serve both hot and cold.
Bon appetit.
