Fry two slices of cheese on the coals inside the grill, turning once until toasted, as it cools, remove from the grill.
Fry the sausages until they are ready on the grill, turning them often, no more than 8-10 minutes on hot coals, without drying them out.
On a plate, cut the vegetables, lemon and herbs. Stir.
The salad spread cut into cubes cheese, cut into arbitrarily sausages, add the seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste, add a little honey to the oil and season the salad.
