Salad with Beans, Pickles and Sausage Recipe

  1. Chop the onion, cut the sausage into thin cubes. Peel the pepper from the seeds and finely chop.

  2. Add the boiled beans. Grate the cheese on a medium grater, cut the cucumbers into strips.

  3. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and set aside. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and vegetable oil. Season the salad and mix gently. Place the sliced tomatoes on top of the salad on a plate. Optionally, you can decorate with sprigs of cilantro.
