I really love fish, I often cook it. This is one of the options on duty, which is not a shame to serve to the festive table. Fast, easy and very tasty!
Marinate the fish for 15-30 minutes in the teriyaki marinade sauce.
Each piece of fish is wrapped in strips of bacon, fastened with toothpicks.
Prepare the glaze. We will need lemon zest, soy sauce, honey and mustard seeds (you can use ready-made mustard seeds).
Mix everything for the glaze.
Preheat the grill pan, lay out the fish wrapped in bacon.
When one side is browned, turn it over and apply the glaze with a brush. Also repeat with the second side. If you can’t identify the fish, use a thermometer when piercing, and the thermometer will show 65 degrees – the fish is ready!
I really like it with cherry tomatoes, a little grilled.
