Avocado should be ripe to be well smeared on bread or crispbreads. Cut it in half, remove the bone and scoop the flesh into a Cup with a spoon. pour oil and soy sauce, pepper freshly ground pepper to taste. With a fork, knead the avocado and combine with oil and soy sauce.
Bread spread on a plate. For one avocado, we need 4 pieces of rye bread. Smear the bread with avocado. Give them a little wet.
Cut them into rectangles. 6 pieces. Lay the fish on top.
On fish put slice of cucumber. Cucumber-bread with avocado upside down. Decorate with dill sprigs and pomegranate seeds.
