Zander fresh from the Oka at 2 kg and the size of 65 cm. Butchered a walleye. From 3 pieces of walleye weighing ~ 700 g, I made a fillet and I got 6 pieces of fillet for the main dish.
Marinated walleye fillet. First, I rubbed the pieces with spices – seasoning for fish on both sides and salt. Then she smeared each piece on both sides with honey. I poured olive oil on it.
I closed the lid and let it stand for 40 minutes.
I turned on the grill oven. I put the pieces of walleye on the grill from the oven. On each piece, put 2 half-slices of lemon. In the preheated oven to t-200 C, I put a grill with fish under the grill for 15 minutes. I put the tray down so that the oil and juice from the walleye dripped there.
The fish is ready. Here is such a beauty.
I served fish with fresh vegetables and young boiled potatoes. Sprinkle with herbs and pour olive oil.
